MTEX’s Litchi has a fragrant, sweet and juicy skin. An exotic fruit of the family Sapindaceae, the Litchi is a small, aromatic, pulpy fruit in a thin, red brittle shell, with white translucent flesh and a single seed. The flesh is rich in vitamins C, Vitamin B and Phosphorous and the Israeli Litchi ripens between July and August.
