Traceability
MTEX remains one step ahead of its competitors by having developed one of the world’s most advanced traceability systems which provides for transparency and accountability in the rare instances that problems occur.
All produce is controlled and documented and traceable through all stages of the production and transportation process and at all times. This process is facilitated by the fact that MTEX owns much of its fields, orchards and groves and Israel is characterized by few growers and large farms.
Safety Standards
This includes pest monitoring, use of permitted PP materials only, strict pre-harvest intervals, PP materials residues routine analysis (MRL); and sanitary conditions in every orchard/grove.
